Dear Friends,
I am humbled to have the opportunity to run for reelection as Councilmember, Place 3. Over the past year, I have worked to make Northlake the place you, the citizens, have requested it to be.
In keeping with citizens’ concerns voiced in Town Hall meetings over the last year, I have worked to give voice to the belief that Northlake should maintain its high-quality rural atmosphere while pursuing appropriate commercial growth along the SH 114 and I-35 corridors.

Some of the highlights over the past year include:
1. Hiring of a City Administrator
2. Upgrading the accounting and utility billing systems
3. Reviewing of the Belmont and Canyon Falls projects to ensure they comply with current ordinances and the master plan for the Town.
4. Development of a revised road maintenance plan that will ensure the maintenance and upkeep of existing roads and provide for a fiscally-responsible process of upgrading our existing road infrastructure.
5. Revising the Town Rules to make government more open and accessible to the citizens
6. Co-Chairing the 2008 Master Planning committee that will revise the current strategic plan for the Town and ensure that the desires of the citizens are maintained for years to come.
I believe that during my 4 terms as Mayor and 1 term as Councilmember, I have demonstrated a devotion to the high-quality, rural development that brought many of you to choose Northlake as a place to live. Please help me to continue to represent you on the Northlake Town Council.
Please join me in early voting at Northlake City Hall, April 28 through May 6, and on Election Day, Saturday May 10th. I appreciate your vote.
