Water   Water should come from the regional water suppliers, not commercial wells. Regional water is safer, less expensive and provides a consistently higher quality of service. I negotiated Northlake’s current wholesale water contracts with Fort Worth and Upper Trinity and the wastewater contract with Trinity River Authority.
